5 Steps to Perfect Orders

1. Gear Prep (The "Sanity" Check)
STEP 01Wipe the interior of your insulated food delivery bag to remove odors or crumbs.
Ensure the upweighted base is dry and seated flat for maximum stability.
Verify the hook-and-loop closure is clear of debris for a tight thermal seal.
2. The Pickup (The "Accuracy" Check)
STEP 02Cross-check the receipt with the items in the bag.
Confirm drinks, straws, and sauces are included.
If the food is piping hot, leave a 1-inch gap in the seal for 30 seconds to prevent sogginess.
3. Packing (The "Stability" Check)
STEP 03Place the heaviest containers at the base of your insulated food delivery bags.
Use the bag’s vertical walls to "brace" tall containers.
Use a divider to keep cold drinks away from hot entrees inside your insulation bags.
4. The Transit (The "Safety" Check)
STEP 04Place the bag on the floorboard or a level seat.
Press the top flap down firmly to lock in the temperature.
Ensure the bag isn't leaning; our upweighted base helps it stay vertical during turns.
5. The Drop-off (The "5-Star" Check)
STEP 05Keep the bag closed until you reach the customer’s door.
Slide the order out horizontally to keep contents from shifting.
